Manager- Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities in brief:

• Relationship management with clients.
• Plan & achieve annual sales target.
• New product & customer development.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry/market trends.
• Competitors activities tracking.
• Projection and fund collection.

Reports to- Head of Sales & Marketing

Desired Attributes:

Qualifications: A full time MBA in Sales & Marketing, (B.Tech in Mechanical will be an added advantage).

Experience:

At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferrable in Manufacturing and B2B organizations- Motors, Gearboxes, Pulleys, Valves, Bearings, Cranes, Forging, Casting, Cutting tools, Railway Component manufacturing, Mining and Constructions equipment.

Key skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High IT proficiency (ERP)
• Worked as a SPOC in client handling.
• Well travelled, Smart and Confident.
