Position reporting to Lead Sales IT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Master Data Hygiene across systems.
  • Monitor exception tables and data integration daily.
  • Escalate failures to relevant process owners for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to track and close open issues.
  • Perform ticket analysis to identify recurring problems and resolution patterns.
  • Notify the Reporting Manager of recurring or high-priority issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in identified areas.
  • Responsible for Sales Master data (Wholesaler, Retailer, Scheme etc.) hygiene
  • To ensure W/s Master Data onboarding process adherence
  • To ensure Retailer Master Data onboarding process adherence
  • To check and review various parameters and norms related to Sales processes
  • Responsible for various analysis below
  • Order Analysis
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Primary Sales Analysis
  • Secondary Sales Analysis
  • W/s Analysis
  • Sales Scheme and performance Analysis
  • Using Sales Data various comparative Analysis
  • W/s and FF Incentives Data Analysis
  • DMS and SF system Implementation and Usage Analysis
  • DMS and SF system License Analysis
  • All Sales support software complaint booking and grievance Analysis
  • Effective presentation using various Data Analysis which can give insights for decision making

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proficiency in DMS (Distributor Management System) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools.

Strong analytical and coordination skills.

  1. Ability to manage escalations and work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Botree MDM/XDM platforms.

Exposure to data quality management and IT service processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Graduate in Management Studies or a related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Sales Function or similar technology-driven initiatives in the FMCG sector.
