Job Objective
The Sales Manager Kerala role combines technical understanding with business development to support market expansion. This position is critical to our growth strategy and focuses on achieving sales targets, activating new customers, and expanding our distributor network across the region.
We are looking for a driven sales professional with strong technical aptitude in food ingredients and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned product lines
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers and distributors
- Expand and strengthen the regional distribution network
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support account growth and retention
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored ingredient solutions
- Maintain technical knowledge of product functionalities, applications, and market trends
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience (food ingredients or FMCG preferred)
- Good understanding of food ingredients, applications, and technical aspects
- Strong analytical mindset with consultative selling capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
