Sales & Growth Associate
A hybrid role across:
- offline sales,
- digital sales coordination,
- partnerships,
- customer relationship management,
- and sales reporting.
Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in:
- consumer brands,
- food/wellness startups,
- hospitality,
- D2C operations,
- retail,
- or growth-focused sales roles.
What You'll Work On
Offline Sales & Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Support B2B and institutional sales efforts
- Coordinate sampling, activations, and local partnerships
- Follow up on leads and close opportunities
Digital Sales Operations
- Handle inbound customer inquiries from:
- WhatsApp,
- Instagram,
- Website,
- Outreach to potential leads and customers via. Email marketing
- Improve customer conversion and repeat purchase flow
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams during campaigns
- Support subscription and retention initiatives
- Sales Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports
Track:
- conversions,
- repeat orders,
- customer behaviour,
- and channel performance
- Identify patterns and suggest growth opportunities
- Maintain lead pipelines and follow-up systems
- Assist founders with sales planning and execution priorities
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or growth operations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and partners
- Good understanding of spreadsheets and reporting
- Organized and execution-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
Good To Have
- Experience with food, wellness, hospitality, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with Email Marketing, CRM tools, and WhatsApp business workflows
- Basic understanding of Meta/Instagram ecosystem
- Experience handling partnerships or B2B outreach
- Ability to understand numbers and derive insights from reports
