Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 5+ years of experience in ERP Solution Sales

KRAs:

* Lead generation from local area

* Managing leads given by HO

* Achieving assigned targets and exceeding them

* Giving fortnightly performance reports to the regional manager

* Monitor achievement of sales target

* Closing small to medium scale accounts

* Seeking help of regional manager for larger accounts

* Actively assessing competitors moves and activities

* Follow up with customers regarding after closing deals to ensure service level satisfaction

* Build healthy customer relationships

* Knowledge of the products offered and additional features available
