Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager - Sales (Dealer Development) to drive sales and expand our dealer network, specifically for after-market speedometer clusters in the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting primary sales targets, ensuring timely payment collections, and leading new dealer development and secondary sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve primary sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure the timely collection of payments in accordance with company norms.
  • Dealer Development: Drive the development of new dealers to expand the distribution network.
  • Sales Growth: Focus on secondary sales development to boost overall revenue and market penetration.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to the National Sales Manager (NSM) on sales performance, dealer development progress, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Must have exposure to after-market sales for speedometer clusters.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, specifically within the Punjab region.
  • A strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing dealer relationships.
