Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals to drive business development, market expansion, and sales growth for our innovative concrete curing solutions and related construction chemical products.

The candidate should possess strong market knowledge, technical understanding of construction chemicals, and the ability to develop relationships with contractors, builders, applicators, consultants, ready-mix concrete companies, infrastructure companies, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for construction chemical products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the construction and infrastructure segment.
  • Promote E5 concrete curing technology and related products to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, applicators, RMC plants, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution and customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
  • Support collection follow-ups and ensure healthy customer account management.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum10 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, waterproofing products, or related chemical raw material.
  • Strong network in construction, infrastructure, builders, contractors, and project sales segment.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
