Key Responsibilities:

This role will be an individual contributor in Sales & Business Development - B2B and B2C in premium gifting for corporates, hospitality & wedding business across Hyderabad & India. This is a Go To Market role where travel within Hyderabad is must.

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies

• Identify and build relationships with new clients and business partners

• Manage and grow existing client relationships

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads

• Handle negotiations, proposals, and business closures

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development - Go To Market

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities

• Strategic and target-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Strong understanding of sales processes and business development
