Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development activities and promote company's product portfolio across India.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in sectors such as defense, airports, oil & gas, solar plants, industrial facilities, smart cities and government infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and system integrators.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and manage the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to project closure.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance documents, bid responses, and participate in tendering/RFP activities.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, expos, industry seminars, and customer engagement events.

Preferred Competencies

  • Exposure to Government, Defense, PSU and Enterprise sales.
  • Good understanding of integrated security systems, CCTV, access control, perimeter fencing systems, intrusion detection sensors, command & control platforms, and surveillance technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for business development activities.
