Summary
TARIL is seeking a motivated and technically sound Manager – Sales & Marketing with 10–12 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Responsible for generating business enquiries and converting them into orders by negotiating and closing sales at optimum margins, ensuring timely order delivery, monitoring collections as per plan, preparing weekly MIS dashboards on enquiries, collections, and challenges for management review, and leading, guiding, and motivating team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- To generate enquiries and convert them to orders
- To prepare weekly dashboards of collections, status of ongoing enquiries & challenges and share with management
- To ensure that order is delivered as per schedule
- To negotiate with prospects and close the sales at optimum margins
- To monitor and follow on collections and ensure they happen as per plan
- To lead, develop, guide & motive team members
Key Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical Engineering)
- 10–12 years of experience in managing sales & marketing in the transformer/electrical equipment industry.
- Understanding of power transformers, distribution transformers, or industrial electrical systems.
- Have relevant experience in Sales and Marketing of Power Transformer.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Strong network within the transformer/power industry.
