Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales and Business Development located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure project feasibility, securing new contracts, and driving business growth and profitability while adhering to company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners and clients effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations with the ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership to manage teams and win contracts.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the construction and engineering industry is highly desirable.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and willingness to travel as required.
