Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Sales Operations Manager to support our go-to-market teams across the entire revenue lifecycle. This individual will play a critical role in annual planning, pipeline performance analysis, lead allocation, CRM governance, sales program execution, and contracting process optimization. If you are passionate about diving into the sales tech stack and data, and the field of revenue operations as a whole, then this role may be for you.

What you will do at Skan:

  • Partner with senior leadership (Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps) to set annual revenue targets by region/rep/channel, prioritize markets, and support Skan's GTM growth initiatives
  • Process & Workflow Optimization
  • Design and oversee scalable workflows for territory assignment, TAL-based lead allocation, rep specialization, and sales playbooks
  • Maintain single source of truth CRM hygiene-govern data quality, enrichment SLAs, GDPR/CCPA compliance, duplicate prevention, and email deliverability across systems
  • Own end-to-end funnel analytics, building dashboards for CAC, payback period, and conversion velocity by channel, segment, and region
  • Design & iterate lead-scoring and lifecycle models with Sales/Marketing, monitor SLA adherence on lead follow-up diligence and flag leakage or bottlenecks
  • Continuously inspect pipeline health; surface risks/opportunities and drive corrective action with GTM leaders
  • Leverage AI workflows to streamline legal and contracting processes (e.g., contract review, red lining) in partnership with the Sales team

What you will bring to Skan:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy roles (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Strong experience with Hubspot CRM - eagerness to explore and implement tools that support revenue growth
  • Comfortable and willing to learn about Skan's legal and contracting process
  • Excellent analytical skills with a knack for translating data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Inside sales, and CS stakeholders, and ability to articulate complex concepts across all functions
  • Experience defining, overseeing, and optimizing sales territories and market segmentation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to execute and turn insights into action
