The Manager - Safety & Security will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security operations within Cult.Fit facilities and events. This role involves developing and implementing safety protocols, managing security staff, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to promote a safe and secure environment for both employees and clients. Additionally, the manager will coordinate emergency response procedures, conduct safety training, and review incident reports to enhance safety measures

Responsibilities
- Program Management - Preparing detailed status reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for senior leadership and stakeholders to monitor progress.
- Creating thorough records of all program aspects for historical reference, audit trails, and future analysis.
- Safety Compliance Monitoring - Regularly review and ensure adherence to Safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct Center FLS Audits to identify the potential hazards and noncompliance issues.
- Ensure monthly Safety Committee meetings are planned and conducted in line with operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives.
- Incident Prevention, Reporting and Investigation - Ensure all the Incidents are captured, Investigated and implemented CAPA to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze incident trends to identify areas of improvement. - Promote proactive measures to prevent personal injuries and incidents.
- Promoting Safety Culture - Actively promote a positive safety culture.
- Organize Safety Trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns for employees. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure unified approach to safety.
- Communicate effectively with the employees at all levels about safety policies and procedures.
- Encourage feedback from the employees to continuously improve safety culture.
- Risk Assessment and Documentation - Stay updated on Safety regulations and Industry best practices.
- Conduct HIRA for the new task, equipment and process.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training and incidents data. Emergency Preparedness
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plan.
- Ensure staffs are trained and familiar with the emergency procedures.
Requirement

- Minimum 8 years of experience
- ME / M Tech – Industrial Safety
- BE / B Tech + Post Grad Diploma in Industrial Safety Management / Diploma in Industrial Safety from CLI / RLI
- BE / B Tech + Nebosh (IDIp / IGC) certified
