- Support field through trouble shooting on system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
- Coordinate with Sales& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liasoning with functional team – Operations<
