Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager - RTR/Reconciliation with 12-18 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reconciliation process and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in managing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reconciliation process including bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage a team of reconciliation analysts
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 12-18 years of experience in RTR/Reconciliation
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
