Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for financial accounting and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Lead cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) in line with IFRS and group policies
Oversee month-end activities including accruals, provisions, cost allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations
Review and approve general ledger postings, journals, and reconciliations
Coordinate and review preparation of financial statements as per Local GAAP and IFRS
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, cash flow reports, and performance analysis
Act as primary contact for statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with audit and company requirements
Govern SAP FI, CO, and SD integration and master data (G/L and cost centers)
Drive automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement within RTR
Oversee Accounts Payable processes, payment runs, intercompany reconciliations, and PTP KPI compliance with shared service centers
Act as Accounting Business Partner to Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams
Present financial results, variance analysis, and insights to senior management
Lead and develop RTR team members and participate in global finance transformation projects
Your Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
10+ years of progressive experience in Record to Report (RTR) / General Ledger accounting
Strong exposure to Accounts Payable (PTP) processes and intercompany accounting
Extensive experience in IFRS and Local GAAP reporting
Hands-on experience in SAP ERP environment with FI/CO as mandatory modules
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Excellent analytical, review, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience working with global stakeholders
Structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven working style
