This critical leadership role will be responsible for successful end to end delivery ofKey Customer Management and Underwriting capabilities for Project Fusionby partnering with Product, Acquisitions, AET, Credit Operations and external vendors (Fiserv and Jocata) and COE team.This exciting role will cut across consumer & commercial, new accounts and customer management functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful transformation ofKey Customer Management & Underwriting capabilitiesas part of Project Fusion for India market.
- At New Accounts: Partner with vendors - Jocata and Fiserv, credit bureaus and third-party data providers (ex. Perfios, Save Risk, Genpact etc ), CFR decision sciences, strategy teams (credit, CBO & fraud risk) and India business teams to migrate, simplify/enhance and implement underwriting processes (Commercial LE Onboarding etc) in Jocata
- At Customer Management: Partner with Fiserv and Jocata, credit bureaus, FICO teams, third-party data providers (ex.Save Risk , Genpact etc ), CFR decision sciences, strategy teams (credit, CBO & fraud risk) and India business teams to migrate, simplify/enhance and implement customer management processes (Case Setups, RLA, Authorizations etc) in Fiserv.
- Key lead and conduit between CFR RPDS, AXP Central Data Office, ICS Business, ICS Technologies, third-party data providers and Vendors (Fiserv & Jocata) teams to define the POA Data needs & strategy for CFR processes.
- Drive milestones towards flawless execution & implementation of our new set of issuing product platforms and capabilities (both consumer and corporate).
- Measure of success would also be driving more streamlined and simplified business with sound governance processes.
- Collaborate with workstream owners to identify & mitigate barriers to roadmap execution, including understanding critical cross-workstream and cross-platform dependencies.
- Partner with Tech SMEs, other Product Owners & Business SMEs toensureanaligned capability development strategyis being deployed.
Qualifications
- Strong quantitative, analytical, project management and structured problem-solving skills in Credit Risk Management
- Indepth knowledge of Triad, Falcon, Vision Plus, JOCATA platforms will be preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on aggressive timelines.
- Effective team player and be able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in analyzing data, drawing inferences, and making recommendations.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of credit card business economics.
- Candour in communication
- An advanced quantitative degree in business administration, engineering, statistics, or economics and/or equivalent work experience will be preferred.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the credit bureaus, fintechs and other vendors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements through robust risk policies.
