Job Overview
The Manager Risk and Compliance will support the Audit Talent Deployment team in managing and enhancing SoQM (System of Quality Management) processes within Audit resourcing. The role requires strong knowledge of SoQM, risk controls, audit resourcing, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders while driving compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage SoQM controls across Audit Resourcing to ensure compliance.
- Handle planning and BAU exceptions, including technical overlays and accreditations.
- Address SoQM-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on SoQM policies and identify risks in current processes.
- Lead continuous improvements for resourcing controls, workflows, and governance.
- Develop and maintain reporting aligned with SoQM and regulatory requirements.
- Use data tools to track control effectiveness and operational performance.
- Manage ad-hoc projects across Talent Deployment and Workforce Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong understanding of SoQM and Audit resourcing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
