Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and benchmark compensation structures against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of rewards programs with organizational goals.
  • Oversee salary reviews, incentive plans, and performance bonus programs.
  • Analyse workforce data to ensure equitable compensation practices across the organization.
  • Manage compliance with local regulatory requirements related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Provide recommendations on cost-effective benefits enhancements to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and policies for rewards and benefits programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits management within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in analysing workforce data and creating actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in compensation and benefits within Mumbai or similar regions.
  • Experience in managing employee engagement initiatives related to rewards and recognition.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive results.
