Retrofit Sales Chiller Plant, Air-Side Systems, Energy Audit & Service Modernization

The Retrofit Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and execution of chiller plant and air-side HVAC retrofit solutions, energy efficiency improvement projects, and modernization opportunities. This role involves working closely with facility owners, consultants, service teams, and end-users to diagnose system performance issues, conduct energy audits, and propose tailored solutions that enhance system reliability, reduce lifecycle costs, and optimize energy consumption.

The specialist will develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for chiller plant upgrades, air-handling system retrofits, automation integration, and service modernization projects. The position requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, excellent consultative selling skills, and the ability to translate energy-saving opportunities into value-driven customer outcomes. The role also demands close coordination with internal engineering, project execution, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
