Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Assess and underwrite mortgage and LAP proposals per defined credit norms.
Conduct PDs, field visits, and ensure thorough KYC and document verification.
Monitor portfolio quality and manage related MIS reporting.
Collaborate with sales and recovery teams to manage end-to-end credit cycle.

Job Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably CA or MBA.
2–5 years of experience in mortgage or LAP underwriting.
Strong knowledge of credit ratios, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in legal and collateral documentation review.
