Role Overview
We are looking for a Resource Development & Outreach Manager who will play a key role in fundraising support, brand building, storytelling, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys content creation and relationship-building, and wants to work at the intersection of CSR, communications, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Communications (Core Focus)
- Strengthen and articulate the Udbhav brand narrative (mission, vision, values)
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Create engaging content: impact stories, student journeys, school updates, and campaigns
- Coordinate collection of photos, videos, testimonials, and success stories from schools
- Support creation of newsletters, presentations, pitch decks, and donor communication material
Fundraising & CSR Support
- Support fundraising efforts with corporates, CSR partners, foundations, and individual donors
- Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and CSR documentation
- Follow up on donor leads and support relationship management
- Accompany leadership in donor meetings and presentations as required
Research & Strategy
- Research CSR trends, government schemes, and funding opportunities
- Track policy updates relevant to education and CSR
- Support strategic planning for short- and long-term resource mobilisation
Events & Outreach
- Assist in organising events, awareness drives, school visits, and donor engagement activities
- Use festivals, national days, and milestones to amplify outreach and visibility
- Coordinate with alumni, volunteers, and partners for campaigns and events
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest or experience in branding, communications, fundraising, CSR, or the social sector
- Creative thinker with storytelling ability
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic nonprofit environment
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholdersschools, corporates, donors, and communities
