Job description:
- Experience with core knowledge of computer hardware and all type of desktop printers, laptops etc. Working knowledge of the software Applications would also be required.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.
- Experience with assembly and disassembly of the desktop/Laptop and maintenance
- Responds to users queries of local or remote hospital units.
- Ensure PC/Laptop hardware systems and equipment work correctly with computer software programs according to performance requirements and modify hardware as necessary to address errors and other concerns.
- Good working knowledge of LAN / WAN / Wifi / VPN setup and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer software, and basic networking.
- Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Provides support for user's IP or Analog phone.
- Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware.
- Records logs of rendered support
- Assisting users for installing applications and computer peripherals (Printer, Scanner).
- Providing technical support either by visiting on-site or through remote-access systems.
- Helping users with step-by-step instructions to resolve the issues.
- Creating technical reports and manuals.
- A strong capacity for problem-solving and critical thought.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
