Job Description

Key Responsibilities

R2R Process Ownership & Transformation

Own administration, configuration, and governance of financial systems (especially BlackLine)
Drive transformation initiatives across R2R processes including reconciliation, certification, and financial close
Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation and standardization

System Design & Implementation

Design and optimize automated reconciliation and accounting workflows
Ensure system configurations align with internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
Work with SAP and finance systems integration for seamless data flow

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Reduce operational risk through process redesign and governance frameworks

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions
Communicate system changes, benefits, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership
Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Maintain strong documentation of processes and system configurations
