• Own administration, configuration, and governance of BlackLine platform supporting R2R processes
• Design and implement automated reconciliation, certification, and financial close processes
• Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation and standardization initiatives
• Ensure system configurations support internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to design scalable solutions
• Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across R2R processes
• Manage system enhancements and communicate impacts to stakeholders and leadership
• Support integration of financial systems including SAP and related platforms
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce financial risk through process optimization
• Drive adoption of best practices in financial reporting and reconciliation
