This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Real Estate based in Pune. The Manager-Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing property management, managing leases, administering lease agreements, and handling real estate transactions. The role involves close interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate property solutions while ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Property Management skills
• Lease Administration and Leases experience
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong client relationship management skills

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
