Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Manager - REAL-ESTATE. The manager will oversee property management tasks, administer and manage leases, and handle real estate procedures related to both residential and commercial properties. The role requires strategizing and implementing best practices, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining client relations to deliver excellent service in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration.
- Strong knowledge and skills in managing Leases and Real Estate operations.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate processes and transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage client portfolios and provide strategic investment advice.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
- Prior experience in real estate management in Hyderabad is a plus.
