Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and experienced professional to lead and oversee real estate advisory assignments within Colliers Advisory. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to represent Colliers in senior-level client engagements. The Manager will act as the key liaison between regional leads and the execution team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact between regional leads and the execution team.
  • Oversee and guide the execution of advisory assignments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing direction, feedback, and support to regional heads.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Drive regional business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, supporting pitches, and strengthening client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strategic understanding of client objectives and ensure solutions meet their business needs.
  • Review and validate business models, financial projections, and market analyses prepared by the team.
  • Ensure quality and clarity of reports and deliverables, providing final sign-off before client submission.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to guide team strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring efficient project management and timely delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in Real Estate Consulting or Advisory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
