Manager R&D (E-Bikes) Design & Product Developement-Ludhiana

Position Purpose

To lead the complete research, design, development, testing, and commercialization of E-Bike models. The role will be responsible for developing innovative, reliable, and market-leading E-Bikes by integrating the latest technologies in batteries, motors, controllers, and smart mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Track global E-Bike and EV industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.

·        Research new battery technologies, motors, controllers, displays, and IoT solutions.

·        Design and develop new E-Bike models from concept to production.

·        Create technical specifications, product architecture, and design requirements.

·        Integrate battery systems, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and electrical components.

·        Lead prototype creation, testing, validation, and performance evaluation.

·        Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners for component development.

·        Support manufacturing teams during pilot runs and product launches.

·        Ensure compliance with applicable EV and safety standards.

·        Drive innovation, cost optimization, and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, EV Technology, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in E-Bike, EV, Electric Vehicle, or Product Development industry.
