Position Overview

The AI Champion is responsible for driving AI adoption within assigned F&A accounts using Microsoft Copilot, Claude Cowork, and QX AI platforms. The role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and cycle time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Adoption - Own AI adoption for assigned account(s) - Drive usage of Microsoft Copilot / Claude Cowork and QX AI platforms / agents across delivery processes to improve cost efficiency

Understand account processes, SLAs, and pain points.

Ability to infer output from process mining.

Identify, document, and prioritize AI / automation use cases based on impact and feasibility

Work with Account Leads, SMEs, and automation team for solution rollout.

Design, Develop and refine prompts and simple agents through copilot.

Customize and maintain AI agents aligned to account workflows

Enablement & Adoption - Contribute to and leverage Central prompt library

Train teams on effective AI and Copilot usage

Drive sustained adoption and act as first-level AI support

Measurement & Governance - Track and report AI adoption benefits, Own the AI adoption portion of Quarterly Business Reviews for the account(s)

Quantify benefits - Cost Reduction

Effort Efficiency Improvement Cycle Time Reduction

Job Accuracy Improvement Automation–AI Index (processes using QX platforms or Copilot)

Key Deliverables Account AI adoption roadmap and use-case pipeline

Deployed prompts, agents, and automations, contribution to prompt library

Benefits realization and Automation–AI Index reports Skills & Experience Strong understanding of F&A processes

Hands-on capability in prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Claude and enterprise AI tools

Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and change leadership skills

Manual process review as well as understanding output from tools-based process mining.5–10 years in operations, transformation, digital, or automation roles

Skills & Experience

• Expertise in F&A domain – R2R (Mandatory) along with P2P or O2C
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience in F&A transformation
• Implementation of Microsoft Copilot / Claude Cowork
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
