Applicant should be Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 10 years experience in Quality Control and knowledge of Fabrication and machining components inspection.
- Should have process knowledge of Fabrication and Machining.
- Should have hands on experience in precision measurement & handling measuring instruments.
- Should have knowledge of ASME Sec 9, WPS and PQR.
- Should have knowledge of material.
- Should be Qualified in ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT, MT and PT.
- Should have experience in Preparation of QAP and Inspection protocol/CTQ's.
- Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001.
- Should have Good Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
- Should have knowledge of steam Turbine and Generators components. Preferable
- Should have knowledge of investigative techniques- GOF, RCA, LFF,3H, Pareto analysis...
- Should have skill of customer management.
