Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, systems, and procedures to ensure consistent product quality
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within QA/QC, including automation, data analytics, and system integration
- Strengthen and standardize customer response systems, ensuring timely, data-driven, and effective communication on quality matters
- Oversee testing, inspection, and validation of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Drive implementation of new testing techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Establish and implement robust QA mechanisms and control systems to prevent defects and ensure right-first-time quality
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance process capability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor, analyze, and present quality performance metrics to senior management

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- 12–15 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory frameworks (ISO, GMP), and audit management
- Experience in driving digital initiatives and system improvements in quality functions preferred
