Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager-QC to oversee our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record in ensuring product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage the documentation and tracking of quality metrics and KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
