Job Profile Details

1. Material Scheduling, planning, procurement of material on monthly, weekly & daily Basis.

2. Handle local as well as long lead supplier.

3. Follow up with supplier for Delivery/Rejection/Shortage.

4. Manage all procurement activities and ensure procurement sources provide good quality and cost effective materials in time.

5. Resolve supply, quality and invoicing issues with vendorsClose coordination with logistics, production, quality & store team for effective planning.

6. Inventory management as per target and classification

7. VAVE Implementation – material control as per engineering change with Zero obsolescence

8. Vendor development & continuous improvement at supplier end.

9. Meet ON Time Spare Requirements.

10. Coordinating with Account department for timely payment to vendors

11. PO updation in system.

12. Good hands on ERP system
