Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Manager to lead and oversee insurance operations, including underwriting, claims management, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients insurance needs: Analyze coverage gaps and identify risks across property, marine, and engineering insurance.
  • Provide tailored insurance consultation: Present suitable insurances and policy options for property, marine, and engineering coverage based on client requirements.
  • Explain policy details: Clarify terms, conditions, and limitations of property, marine, and engineering insurance policies to clients.
  • Manage policy servicing: Oversee renewals, modifications, cancellations, and handle related inquiries for property, marine, and engineering insurance products.
  • Claims guidance: Assist clients through the claims process for property, marine, and engineering insurance, ensuring smooth settlements.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships, promptly resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Cross-selling and upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional property, marine, and engineering insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and updates related to property, marine, and engineering insurance products.
  • Record maintenance: Keep accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance management or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles, claims processes, and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and tools.
