Manager - Projects (MEP)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of RE projects at the site level, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to central and state-level renewable energy policy frameworks and guide the team accordingly.
• Manage the approval process for RE projects, coordinating with relevant statutory bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee land identification, selection, and acquisition processes in collaboration with legal and local teams.
• Review and ensure implementation of technical specifications and engineering designs for RE projects.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams, ensuring effective communication and productivity on-site.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure smooth transition from project execution to operation and maintenance phases.
