Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft integrations through rigorous testing and validation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations and related processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Mulesoft applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Implement best practices for data quality and data governance to maintain data integrity.
- Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Mulesoft solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to incorporate them into solutions.
Qualifications
