Job Description

Understanding of project requirements and Project planning for execution.
Knowledge of development projects
Knowledge of fabrication and integration processes
Knowledge of Plate Cutting Layout (PCL), Plate Cutting Request (PCR)
Detailed process sheet preparation for Fab. shop execution.
Mapping of required manpower skills, resources, fixtures & process sheets, ensuring timely delivery with quality and cost efficiency.
Ensuring Optimum Utilization of resources planned for project execution.
Ensuring Full-kit management.
Project progress and monitoring to meet project milestones.
Ensuring system compliance such as Concerto, Full Kit Management System (FKMS) etc.
Process innovation through fixtures/test set-ups
Reduce non-value-added activities, improve quality, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through operational excellence.
Inculcate culture of First Time Right (FTR).
Monitoring Procedural compliance to achieve quality, and creating quality benchmarks
Collaborate with internal teams across Design, Project Management Group, Fab. Shop, Production Engineering, and Auxiliary dept. to ensure seamless execution.
Interaction with PMG for further material flow and project schedule.
To update/aware all stake holders regarding status of project.
Promote Reported Safety Concern (RSC) reporting and regularly close reported RSCs.
