Hiring a strong and experienced PMO resource under existing PMO to support the Fiber deployment programs for the client considering the scale, complexity, and strategic importance of these projects.

The proposed PMO role would be responsible for:

• End-to-end program governance and tracking for fiber deployment
• Schedule, milestone, and dependency management across regions and vendors
• Proactive risk and issue identification, escalation, and closure tracking
• Coordination with Airtel stakeholders, internal delivery teams, quality, and finance
• MIS, dashboards, and leadership reporting with actionable insights
• Driving adherence to plans, processes, and commitments

Given the current execution intensity, strengthening the existing PMO layer is critical because it results in over-dependence on operational teams, delayed escalations, and reduced management visibility.

A seasoned PMO resource will significantly improve delivery predictability, control, and customer confidence.
