Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Role Overview

The Manager – Project Fulfilment will lead end-to-end project execution and delivery across bespoke art, spatial design, interior fit-out, hospitality, and airport projects.

The role requires strong expertise in project management, production coordination, site execution, vendor management, and installation planning. The candidate will drive projects from design development through production, logistics, installation, and final handover while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

This role demands a highly organized and execution-focused professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of complex, design-led projects.

The position works closely with the Head – Projects & Order Fulfilment to ensure operational alignment, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities       

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead complete project lifecycle management from project handover to execution, installation, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, execution schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks, delays, and risks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets and quality expectations.
  • Drive execution excellence across multiple ongoing projects and installations.

       Design & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with design, creative, production, and technical teams to translate concepts into executable production plans.
  • Ensure timely release of drawings, approvals, specifications, material selections, and prototypes.
  • Manage the transition from design development to fabrication and installation while maintaining design intent.
  • Facilitate internal reviews and approval processes to minimize rework and delays.

       Vendor, Artisan & Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage artisans, craftsmen, fabricators, specialist vendors, and production partners.
  • Coordinate production schedules across workshops, vendors, and installation teams.
  • Monitor vendor performance, timelines, quality standards, and production capacity.
  • Resolve production and execution challenges through collaborative stakeholder management.

       Budget & Cost Control

  • Track project budgets, procurement costs, fabrication expenses, logistics, and installation costs.
  • Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Review and approve project-related expenditures within delegated authority.
  • Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising design quality or craftsmanship.

       Quality Management

  • Establish and maintain quality control systems across fabrication, finishing, packaging, dispatch, and installation stages.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and quality reviews to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Ensure final deliverables reflect approved designs and client expectations.

Logistics & Installation Management

  • Plan and oversee dispatch, transportation, site delivery, and installation activities. 
  • Coordinate site readiness requirements with clients, contractors, architects, and project consultants. 
  • Ensure safe and efficient installation of artworks, murals, sculptures, bespoke furniture, and crafted elements.
  • Manage installation teams and resolve site-related execution challenges.

       Systems & Process Tracking

  • Implement project management methodologies, execution frameworks, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, approvals, trackers, contracts, and closure records using tools such as Zoho Projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual obligations, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in project execution, production, operations and site coordination
  • Experience working in one or more of the following industries:

Art & design projects

Interior fit-outs & bespoke interiors

Hospitality projects

Airport projects

Craft-based manufacturing & installations

Luxury residential or commercial interiors 

  • Educational background in design, production, project management, architecture, interiors, or related fields.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive execution and project delivery.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution planning capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, project tracking systems, and Zoho Projects preferred.
  • Experience in vendor coordination, fabrication management, installation management, and site execution.
