Position Title: Project Manager – Solar Execution
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering.
Salary: 7,50,000-8,50,000 LPA Cost to Company
Location: Tosham & Sirsa, Haryana
Experience Required: 5–10 years of experience in Solar Project Execution (preferably in EPC projects).
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Solar Execution to lead the end-to-end execution of solar PV projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete lifecycle of solar PV projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and material management.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Supervise installation of modules, inverters, transformers, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality control.
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Handle client coordination and ensure timely project handover.
- Support testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Experience in handling ground-mounted solar projects.
- Understanding of HT/LT systems, switchgear, and grid connectivity.
- Project planning and execution skills.
- Vendor and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (preferred).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in EPC solar projects.
- Knowledge of local electrical regulations and approvals.
- Experience in projects ranging from rooftop to utility-scale solar plants.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Experience in handling EPC solar projects.
- Familiarity with local regulatory approvals and grid connectivity.
- Project management and leadership skills.
