Responsibilities

Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets

  • Monitor and control project expenditures against budgets
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare cost forecasts
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize costs
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and client requirements
  • Review and validate vendor and subcontractor cost estimates
  • Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks

Provide financial input for bidding and contract negotiations

Qualifications
