Responsibilities
Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets
- Monitor and control project expenditures against budgets
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare cost forecasts
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and client requirements
- Review and validate vendor and subcontractor cost estimates
- Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders

Provide financial input for bidding and contract negotiations
