Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management – Project planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Tracking and timely execution. Liaisoning with customers, Production, Quality teams for on time execution of orders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure effective tracking and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and external QA/regulatory agencies.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  • Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement measures along with process engineering to improve productivity.
  • Material Planning: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, considering factors like production volume, lead time, and resource availability.
  • Monitoring and Control: Track production progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize storage.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate production planning and control teams.
  • BOM & ECN Management – Ensure accuracy of Bill of materials and implementation of Engineering Changes.
