Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and deliverables.
  • Pull and interpret data for new show launches, ongoing story tracks, and marketing campaigns.
  • Commission and conduct qualitative research for shows and campaigns.
  • Understand consumer behavior, desires, pain points, and aspirations to generate actionable insights.
  • Map trends in consumer attitudes, preferences, lifestyles, and behaviors to refine content strategy.
  • Analyze consumer feedback to identify problem areas and provide actionable recommendations to content and communication teams.
  • Provide stimulus and thought starters to internal teams based on consumer insights.
  • Work on research projects that directly impact storytelling and audience engagement.
