You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the programme runs smoothly, is well-documented and continuously improved. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, collaborative, and keen to contribute to meaningful workforce innovation.

  • Maintain accurate records of approved projects, programme agreements and documentation
  • Prepare management reports and programme updates using accurate and timely data
  • Support design, maintenance and refresh of management dashboards and reports, leveraging digital and AI tools to surface programme trends and insights, key risks and decision points
  • Monitor programme KPIs and outcomes, and present them in clear visual formats for management and stakeholder audiences

    Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Support documentation of pilot learnings and development of case studies
  • Consolidate feedback from applicants and stakeholders to support process improvements
  • Support implementation of automation and digitalisation initiatives to improve programme operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and navigate ambiguity and change
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Interest in innovation, workforce transformation and programme development
