We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient to join our team supporting ONAP-based orchestration and assist in testing, validating, and debugging orchestration use cases and automation workflows, ensuring that orchestration logic is fully compliant with existing provisioning rules.
This role is primarily focused on supporting and resolving production issues, with a emphasis on development expertise to ensure the stability and performance of our orchestration environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep development/devops experience, hands-on operational support skills, and a solid foundation in networking and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the full ONAP lifecycle, from deployment to operations, including server provisioning, network configuration, and high-level design (HLD) of orchestration environments.

### ..Key Responsibilities:..
- Operate and maintain ONAP-based orchestration platforms in production, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Provide hands-on support for ONAP deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, with a focus on networking and orchestration components.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of ONAP services.
- Monitor system health, logs, and network traffic to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Document deployment procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration management across environments.
- Support service orchestration flows, PNF/VNF/CNF onboarding, and closed-loop automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, testing, and deployments.
- Implement observability, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root cause analysis.
- Maintain security compliance and produce detailed documentation/runbooks.
### .. Qualifications and Skills:..
- 6+ years experience in SRE/DevOps or orchestration roles with ONAP or similar platforms.
- Strong Linux/Kubernetes administration, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python/Bash).
- Familiarity with telecom/NFV concepts and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with automated test frameworks (Robot Framework, etc...)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for on-demand service provisioning failures.
- Proficient in software testing methodologies with knowledge of CI/CD integration.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using Python.
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum), JIRA, and test case management tools.
- Experience with open-source platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivated, goal-oriented, with strong attention to detail and quality assurance principles.
Preferred
- Knowledge of ONAP advanced modules, OpenStack, Kafka, and security best practices.
- Experience in networking concepts, including IP routing, VLANs, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, and VPNs.
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Solid experience with Linux systems and cloud-native infrastructure.
