RBS SPEG UDE org is seeking an experienced L6 Manager, Program Management to lead strategic initiatives within our Upstream Defect Elimination (UDE) team. This role will drive cross-functional programs that enhance procurement accuracy, improve demand planning precision, and optimize fulfillment network efficiency through data-driven solutions, targeting cost optimization (COI) and GMS impact.

Candidate Profile

Candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Retail Operations and leading large teams. Additionally, you will have program management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution. Lastly, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable - while maintaining a good customer and business partner focus.

You will have a demonstrated record of team building and execution in a high volume operational environments and be able to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains. This requires a person that is very metrics driven, yet has the vision to scale the business. The individual would be responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery and productivity of the program. The individual would have targets on Business metrics and Cost-to-Serve reduction for Amazon. Would engage with WW Retail teams, central product teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and sound reporting metrics.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Of This Leader Include

  • Strategic Program Leadership & Execution: Lead multiple concurrent workstreams targeting COI and iGMS. Develop multi-year roadmaps addressing systemic inefficiencies in procurement workflows and inventory positioning. Explore AI solutions/products to solve the defects.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Build strategic partnerships with upstream teams spanning SCOT, Retail, Finance, AIM, EIM and others. Lead working backwards processes with L7-L10 stakeholders to secure alignment on large scale initiatives and drive consensus across competing priorities.
  • Analytics, Metrics & Business Intelligence: Develop analytical frameworks identifying patterns in the space. Establish KPIs tracking forecast accuracy, inventory health metrics, and fulfillment center utilization while analyzing large-scale datasets (billions of units) to identify UDE opportunities.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop high-performing team of program managers and business analysts. Foster culture of customer obsession and operational excellence while developing team members for promotion and expanded responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
