Manager Program Management - NPD

Lead end-to-end program execution for NPD initiatives from concept to launch

Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain & sales teams to ensure timely delivery

Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across all phases of the program

Interface with OEM clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor KPIs and program health metrics; report progress to senior leadership

Champion continuous improvement and lean methodologies across program workflows

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA (Operations/Strategy preferred)

715 years of experience in program or project management within the OEM or automotive industry

Proven track record in managing complex NPD programs

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
