Job Purpose
To own and support aircraft configuration programs across linefit and retrofit initiatives, delivering highquality analysis, program coordination, and management insights. The role supports datadriven decisionmaking for senior leadership through robust analysis, structured reporting, and impactful presentations.
Key Accountabilities
Commercial & Program Analytics
- Partner with crossfunctional Air India teams to define business problems, conduct strategic and commercial analysis, and develop analytical models and visual insights.
- Support aircraft configuration and program management activities, including analysis, design inputs, and execution tracking.
- Develop highquality management deliverables (PowerPoint decks, Excel models, dashboards) to support leadership and CCOlevel decisionmaking.
- Proactively conduct data research and performance analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations for ongoing programs.
- Prepare and review reports, budgets, and business presentations as guided by reporting managers.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to ensure program continuity and governance adherence.
- Participate in supplier and internal governance reviews, leading discussions where required and providing structured business inputs.
- Research industry, business, and economic trends to support innovation and longterm strategic objectives.
- Take ownership of standalone or ongoing analytical projects as assigned, aligned to evolving business priorities.

- Work closely with CXO1 leaders and their nominees to structure business problems, deliver insights, and support strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand functional requirements and integrate them into aircraft configuration programs.
External
- Engage extensively with aircraft manufacturers, OEMs, and thirdparty vendors at a daytoday program management level.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education
- Master's / MBA / PGDM / PGP / PG degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum: 2+ years in analytical roles supporting strategy, commercial, or program management functions
- Preferred: 5+ years in analytical roles supporting strategy and/or complex programs
- Prior aviation sector experience is an added advantage
