Duties And Responsibilities
- The role will require a strong understanding of Professionals, industry knowledge & market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit worthy firms & Individuals are extended loans in line with BFLs risk policies. The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations, which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses: Professional Loans:Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Rs.250 Cr in these businesses by September. Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Rs.10 Cr of loan applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines.2. Drive ownership of internal processes & compliance with underwriting policies 3. Support Business, Risk & Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses
